Robert Cronic moved to Redding in 1990 with a simple goal in mind; to help people. He began working toward this goal as Purofirst from 1996 - 2006, during which he repaired approximately 4000 homes and businesses. Cronic was and continues to be IICRC Certified for Water Damage, Fire & Smoke Damage, and Odor Control. He is also an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician. Cronic has a history of local involvement including Leadership Redding, Shasta Builders Exchange and the Redding Chamber of Commerce. He gained experience and knowledge as partner with North American Homes, Dippin Dots and Cronic Development over the past five to ten years. Today he is partnered with Home to Home which provides homes to victims of fire, flood and other catastrophes. In addition, Cronic has served on the Franchise Advisory Board as Treasurer and President, is a former member and Vice President of NCBC (Northern Calif. Business Connection) and has built close to 120 homes in the past 15 years. |
| Married to Robert Cronic for 10 years-just prior to starting the business. Initially, I was a phlebotomist but left that career to be a stay at home mom to our 3 children. Robert asked me to come to work with him in 2002 when we got hit with a big storm just to help answer the phones. I have been here ever since. Currently I handle mostly accounting and human resources for the company and am working at branching out into the marketing aspect.
Our business is helping people, and that’s what we do best. I am very proud of our company and all of our employees and we work hard to keep our good reputation in the community. My main responsibility is to make sure our customers, clients and employees are happy and satisfied to the best of my ability. |

My first duties were in the field in 1999. A typical work day consisted of moving furniture out of a damaged home, structural and content clean out, and other manual labor tasks. My hard work and determination soon earned me a position in marketing. Since then, I expanded my knowledge of the technical side of the industry as well as the process of how each type of job is handled. The areas which best benefit our customers are; Structure Dry-Down, Mold Remediation, Fire and Smoke damage restoration, and Black water restoration. This company recognizes the need to give back to our community, which has allowed me to work with many great organizations and groups. I am one of the co-founders of the Redding Business Associates (RBA) and currently serving on the board as Treasurer. Having the opportunity work with and market our industry with a company as dedicated to putting people’s lives back together is extremely rewarding. |
